She has also served as an external thought leader, leading integrations and strategic initiatives and authoring one of Capital Rx’s most popular articles, How Our Favorite New JUDI® Features Aid Pharmacy Benefit Administration, which details different JUDI features and how they help plan sponsors accomplish important tasks.
Karen has been instrumental in implementing the first SaaS solution contract under the alliance with Prime, whereby Prime will leverage an instance of JUDI to support its operations. Furthermore, Capital Rx recently unveiled Judi Health™, the industry’s first unified claims platform processing medical and pharmacy claims on the same platform, which is powered by JUDI’s flexibility and scalability – an achievement that would not have been possible without Karen’s tireless work and leadership.
