Karen Dierker, PMP

Karen leads the Capital Rx teams responsible for new client onboarding, benefit plan management and member communications, ensuring the highest quality experience for both plan administrators and members. Prior to joining Capital Rx Karen spent 13 years in the PBM and HealthCare industry at OptumRx, Catamaran and Walgreens. She was accountable for the successful onboarding of large employer groups and health plans. Prior to OptumRx Karen worked for the Walt Disney Company, and remains an avid fan. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
