Karen Dierker, PMP

Karen joined Capital Rx as one of the first 10 employees and was a key leader in the development and launch of JUDI® in 2021. Currently, she leads the Enterprise Solutions team, accountable for the delivery and service of JUDI as a platform to customers leveraging our SaaS arrangements. Previously, Karen served as the SVP of Product Management responsible for expanding upon JUDI’s core capabilities and leading a team of 20+ Product Managers and UI/UX Designers. In Capital Rx’s nascency, Karen built and scaled the implementation department from scratch, developing the operating infrastructure to service our growing client base across new business lines while maintaining a 100% implementation satisfaction score.

Prior to joining Capital Rx, Karen spent 13 years in the PBM and healthcare industry at OptumRx, Catamaran, and Walgreens. She led the successful onboarding of large employer groups and health plans. Karen has also worked for the Walt Disney Company and remains an avid fan. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
