Marcel White

Marcel has over 25 years of P&L and Human Capital experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Hospitality industries. He joined Capital Rx as the Chief People Officer in August 2022 and is responsible for all things related to people strategy & engagement, learning & development, DE&I, etc. Before Capital Rx, Marcel was the Head of Human Resources for Humana's Senior Primary Care/CenterWell Organization, a multi-billion-dollar strategic growth segment of Humana. He was responsible for leading the integration and expansion of all the HR-related processes and functions, as well as HR M&A. Prior to Humana, he was the SVP and Head of Human Resources for Enclara Healthcare, a provider of PBM services to the hospice and palliative care industry, which was later acquired by Humana.

Marcel graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and earned his M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business. He resides in New Jersey with his family and enjoys sports, travel, and the beach.
